TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms:
Customers who have established credit with Future Harvest will receive terms of Net 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts will be billed interest at the rate of 2% per month. All returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

A valid Business License or a Tax ID number is required to purchase at wholesale pricing.

New Accounts:
Terms are C.O.D. until a proper credit history has been established. To establish credit, simply call 1-866-491-0255 and you will be sent a New Account Application via Fax. Any applications that are not filled outcorrectly will be returned and not processed until received with proper information.

Pricing:
All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Returns:
No returns are accepted without prior authorization from FHD. All merchandise returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless, the product is found to be defective. All packaging must be intact and in good saleable condition.

Claims:
Merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Make certain that you mark on Freight bill from shipping company that shipment was delivered damaged or short and if possible, a photo of large damage would be greatly appreciated.

Shipping:
Pre-paid freight applies to all major cities, provided that minimum sales orders are met. All transfers, couriers to rural centers, or customer pick-up will be the customer's responsibility. F.H.D. has negotiated very appealing freight rates to most locations and we would be pleased to assist you with finding the best rate.
